What can I expect?

Thai Massage is an ancient technique that uses palm, thumb, foot & forearm pressure to stretch, lengthen and soften muscle and relax the entire body. Passive manipulation of joints leaves the body feeling open and relaxed. Working along energy lines  increases blood flow to vital organs and assists with healthy function. Thai Massage reduces stress and relieves physical and emotional tension, boosts energy, relieves headaches, stimulates circulation and improve range of motion. All sessions are performed on the floor on a Thai massage mat, recipients remain fully clothed except for your feet and wearing clothing that allows for lots of movement. At the end of your session, you will feel relaxed and energized at the same time!

Thai massage will help you feel mentally and physically restored by improving circulation and bringing more oxygen to muscles and other tissue. It is known to prevent injuries and also improve an athlete’s ability to recover after intense training.
